The purchase or use of Metal Clay Alchemist E-Gift Certificates constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions

Redeem your gift certificate by entering the Certificate Code # in the box labeled "discount Code".

1. Promotional discounts may not be used to purchase E-Gift Certificates, but may be used when redeeming E-Gift Certificates for merchandise.
2. E-Gift Certificates are redeemable only for purchases made on our website.
3. E-Gift Certificates do not expire and carry no fees or other charges.
4. E-Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
5. E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
6. E-Gift Certificates are freely transferable.
7. We cannot take responsibility for or replace lost or stolen E-Gift Certificates (once redeemed).
8. Only one certificate is redeemable per transaction.
9. Any discount amount added to the value of an E-gift Certificate at the time of purchase is not eligible for refunds and will be deducted from any refund of unused or cancelled certificate.
