Due to unprecedented silver prices, increased demand and fulfillment issues world wide of Art clay, we have had to make the following limits. A max of 5 art clay fine silver products combined. With individual limits of 2 x 20 gram, 5 x 50 gram, and 1 of everything else. I want to make sure all Art Clay using Canadians have an opportunity to get some clay. Please do not make multiple carts to exceed Feb. limit. THESE ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND A 5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE WILL COME OFF YOUR REFUND.  If you have questions, or classes or some exception please email me and we will see what we can do. carrie@metalclayalchemist.com

These limits are in place until we are able to order again. See message sent from Art Clay World

"Thank you so much for your Art Clay business. We're sending this email to you because you either have a pre-order in with us, or are a regular purchaser of bulk or special order items (such as gold).

We've been informed by our manufacturer that our next order will be sent in the last week of February, at the earliest. We are also not able to place new orders at this time, so pre-orders will not be accepted.  In effect, Art Clay World will not be able to get more Art Clay until possibly March.  This is due to a drastic increase in Art Clay demand, NOT a shortage of any kind.

We are extremely sorry for your inconvenience, and we had absolutely no idea that the manufacturer was this far behind. They only told us by email today.

Your order remains in queue, and at the same price as when it was accepted by us.

We have also been told to expect another price increase very soon. When the price was last raised on December 4, silver was valued at $64/ozt. Today, silver is listed over $115/ozt.

Typically, there is an adjustment period where metals stabilize or drop in February, but that is not guaranteed.

We are always here to answer as many questions as we can. For now, we ask for everyone's patience and understanding in an unprecedented global situation."
